This is how wonderful Potato Wedges should look. Better still, these are so quick and easy to prepare – as Siri explains : ‘all one has to do is cut, toss and bake.’ How good is that! And, remember, besides being the perfect accompaniment to a roast dinner, Potato Wedges make such a welcome alternative to french fries.

Total cooking time is around 30 minutes.

This gorgeously comforting potato dish has it all – butter, crispy edges, fresh herbs, and gooey cheese. You can also prepare these with potato skins-on and, though Kelly understandably prefers to use fresh herbs with this dish, she is not averse to using dried Italian seasoning. This herby, cheesy delight can serve just as well as a side dish, or on its own with a salad or similar.

Bake time is approximately 45 minutes.

Healthy Whole Grain Stuffing

As Kimberly tells us, a large part of the pleasure in this lovely looking stuffing, is due to its colorful appearance and the fact that – due to the ingredients – it could be deemed ‘semi-healthy’. Stuffing is also one of those side-dishes where you can easily add, or substitute, your favourite or preferred ingredients – which largely explains how Kimberly came up with this tasty dish in the first place.

And, rather than picking up the phone to the local pizza joint, Katy decided to take matters into her own hands. Here’s the result.
