Pizookies? Yes, pizookies – they are a cross between a pizza and a cookie (makes sense now, doesn’t it!). Anyhow, this is one of Amber’s go-to chocolate fixes. To add to the tasty goodness of this gorgeous dish, it only takes 5-7 minutes to bake – and, to be prepared, Amber will sometimes keep a ready-to-bake portion of dough in her refrigerator.

Top with any icecream or dessert sauce of your choice.

In case you didn’t know, Baklava is a rich, sweet dish comprising layers of phyllo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey. We’ll let Burcu fill you in on the debate as to what type of nuts you should use (I think that this debate has been going on for centuries), but will point out that this dessert is a classic, and should be included in your repertoire – it is that good!

You do not need to prepare your own pastry – store bought is fine.
